Bluewater Restaurant

The Bluewater Restaurant is the main dining area for the resort. Full buffet breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30am.

A la carte lunch is served every day from 12.00pm to 2.00pm in the restaurant.

For dinner, the restaurant serves a sensational Table d'hote menu that changes daily. On Friday, the restaurant serves a taste-tempting hot and cold seafood and BBQ buffet.

Please note, the restaurant is located on an upstairs level and no wheelchair access is available to the restaurant.

Aqua Lounge

The indoor and outdoor bar is open daily from 10am to late. Serving drinks including cocktails, smoothies and coffee. Bar snack foods are served from 11am to 4pm daily. Cocktail happy hour is between 5pm to 6pm daily.

Sea Salt @ Brampton

A romantic dining experience in an intimate setting. An eight course degustation meal, accompanied by a selection of wines, will be served to you and your partner, while you are free to focus on one another's company . (Available Monday, Saturday and Sunday).

At the Sea Salt dining experience, you will indulge in an extraordinary eight-course degustation menu with each course complimented by fine Australian wines. Exclusively focused on a select number of guests, your chef prepares a selection of dishes and your waiter tends to your every need.

Tonight is all about the two of you, sharing a moment you will remember forever. This is a rare opportunity to truly enjoy each other's company, with no interruptions or distractions - apart from the food and wine.

Please note the Sea Salt dining experience is available Monday, Saturday and Sunday, and bookings are essential. Dietary requirements may be catered for with appropriate notice. An $80.00 supplement is payable if dining with the meal package.
